Welcome to a two-week classical music festival dedicated to the viola!

​

Two weeks of musical joy for everyone who loves the viola and classical music.

​

The entire municipality of Asker is filled with the beautiful sound of the viola as children, amateurs, students, and some of Norway’s most distinguished violists come together for more than 30 viola events.

​

Viola music will resonate through concert halls, lighthouses, churches, schools, care facilities, art galleries, and other unique venues.

​

In addition, guest concerts will take place in Oslo, Lier, Sandvika, and Drammen.

​

The program includes concerts, seminars, workshops, masterclasses, individual lessons, and ensemble playing.

​

Fourteen days of learning, collaboration, and inspiring musical experiences await you.
